Peer-to-Peer Global Teens is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to preparing youth to make better decisions in life, money, and beyond. We do this through life skills education, financial literacy, behavioral economics training, policy advocacy, and global opportunities. Our programs serve middle school, high school, undergraduate, and graduate students worldwide, with a special focus on underserved communities and student-athletes.
Core Life skills: Self-awareness, empathy, communication, adaptability, decision-making, resilience.
Fundamentals of Finance: Budgeting, saving, investing, and avoiding common pitfalls.
GameCents: A separate initiative with student-athlete–focused modules on managing scholarships, NIL income, and sports-related finances.
Core Topics: Present Bias, Loss Aversion, Anchoring Effect, Overconfidence Bias, Scarcity Mindset, Nudge Theory.
Interactive Format: Decision-making games and real-world challenges.
Capstone Module: Merges life skills and finance into a behavioral economics framework — showing youth how and why they make choices, and how to improve them.
Policy Advocacy for student-athlete–focused financial literacy, early mental health resiliency programs in schools
and behavioral economics into school curricula.
Global & Local Internship Opportunities to build professional skills and cultural competence.

Strong mental health is an invaluable asset. At P2P Global Teens, we offer a pathway to acquire essential life skills that are practical for everyday situations and lay the groundwork for long-term success. Our comprehensive workshops for youth integrate crucial life skills, financial literacy, and behavioral economics. Additionally, we provide standalone workshops focused on life skills and financial literacy. Join our engaging, interactive online sessions led by certified Life Skills Facilitators, complemented by a self-paced online curriculum.

We provide customized virtual financial literacy workshops and self-paced learning via Canvas to the global youth community.
Our programs blend essential financial knowledge, empowering critical thinkers and problem solvers for the future.
Through our "Gamecents" initiative, we also provide specially designed financial literacy workshops for high school student and undergraduate athletes. The "GameCents" Workshop empowers student-athletes with essential financial literacy skills tailored to their unique career paths, covering topics like budgeting, NIL earnings, and long-term money management. Through interactive simulations and real-world scenarios, participants learn how to make smart financial decisions both on and off the field.

This Youth-led initiative is committed to empowering students with essential life skills through workshops emphasizing financial literacy and real-life preparedness. We collaborate with local financial academic institutions, industry experts and sponsors, school teachers, and independent professionals to deliver these workshops. We strive to continue our mission and broaden our impact by providing accessible and engaging education to the communities.
